Product Warranty

Experience It, LLC guarantees its products to be absolutely beautiful, free of defects, and to last for decades when normal use, proper storage and care are maintained. Sometimes though, in spite of every precaution, defects may still occur. If any part of your product is found to be defective, please return it to us and we will be happy to exchange it. If an item is found to contain a manufacturer’s defect, Experience It, LLC will repair or replace it at no cost to you. This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from tarnish, accident or misuse, or normal wear and tear. If the item cannot be repaired and is no longer available, the item will be replaced with an item of equal value.
