Sales Taxes Experience It, LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Pennsylvania. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability All Experience It, LLC jewelry comes with a Limited Lifetime Guarantee of repair/replacement for any manufacturer's defects at no cost to you.
All our products are covered by a limited lifetime guarantee against any manufacturer's defect. We strive on perfection to create beautiful works of art and therefore guarantee their workmanship. As with any delicate artistic creations, care must be taken to insure years of enjoyment. During the 30 day inspection period, when you first receive your item, you should have your item checked to make sure everything is in order. After that, we suggest that you have your pieces professionally cleaned and all the clasps rechecked by a local jeweler every six months to a year to ensure their integrity from daily wear. However, because of daily wear, spring clasps, findings, and beads may become loose. In the unlikely event that this happens, the lifetime warranty will cover the labor only repair of the merchandise by Experience It, LLC. If a clasp, finding or crystal does fall off and you have the piece, we will repair the item free of charge, but you are responsible for the shipping fees to and from us. If a clasp, finding or crystal falls off and you completely lose it, you are responsible for the cost of the new piece to be replaced, and the shipping fee to and from us. However, the labor services are free and covered by our limited lifetime warranty. All warranties are voided if the item has been worked on (e.g. sized, repaired, setting adjustments, modifications, engraving) by a jeweler other than Experience It, LLC
You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Experience It, LLC arising from any product sold on the Experience It, LLC site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Experience It, LLC, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be held liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.
Safety All small parts are a choking hazard for anyone, but especially children under the age of five (5). Please do not allow children to play with beads or let them place any jewelry, charms, findings, etc. in their mouths, because they may accidentally ingest or choke on them. Never suck or chew on your jewelry or wear it to bed, in the shower, while operating machinery, or in the pool. Experience It, LLC accepts no liability for injury incurred by negligent use of our products.
Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against Experience It, LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of, or orders made on the Experience It, LLC website shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Pennsylvania.
